After your onboarding meeting we'll set-up your Officiently account customised to your needs and subscription level.

Is Officiently Secure

Officiently takes the security of your data, and your customer's data, very seriously.

Our platform has been built with security in mind and leverages the HighLevel framework for best practices for the SasS industry.

With that in mind, our customers should also be aware of the following:

- Multi-factor authentication (MFA or sometimes known as 2FA) is enabled by default

- Officiently does not store, process or collect credit card information submitted to us by our customers

- By default, the Officiently team can obtain limited access to your account to provide you support. We will not access your account or data without your permission.

- We strongly recommend high risk Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data, such as tax file numbers and bank account details, are not stored in your account.

Do you offer a Free Trial

We customise your Officiently account to your specific needs. Each practice is unique so we take the time to understand your requirements and build your account.

You can sign-up for a Demo account for 7 days at no cost and utilise fictional client data to see how comprehensive an Officiently account is

What happens if I cancel my subscription

You will have 28 days to request an export of all your client contact data. All proposal, email, and sms templates created for you remain the intellectual property of Officiently. Your data will be deleted after the 28 days. if you decide to re-activate your subscription you will need to pay an new Onboarding Fee and re-import your contacts.

If your website has been built in Officiently, you can continue to have your website hosted with Officiently including full access to the editing suite. If you have a Wordpress site you can transfer to another Wordpress hosting service or remain with Officiently for hosting.

I already have courses built on another platform

Officiently can import your courses from Kajabi and can assist with the migration from other platforms

Can I use the Digital Signing for other forms

Yes, you can use the digital document signing feature of Officiently for any existing PDF document or re-create in Officiently. As with all data, it is recommended that high risk Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is redacted from documents

Can I build my own automations

Officiently has been built to provide the most common workflows for Bookkeeping professionals. We understand that most Bookkeepers want to focus on providing their clients with the highest quality service whilst producing an income that reflects their experience and value to clients.

We have put countless hours into developing the automations with the vision of as least touch points for both Bookkeepers and their clients to engage, connect and comply.

Our subscriptions include XXX of automation builds. If there is a workflow/automation you would like for your practice we would love to hear how we can assist you to achieve this.

I already have a website, can I still use Officiently

Yes, all of Officiently's features can work with websites created and hosted on other platforms. If your website was designed using WordPress you can integrate with Officiently and edit from within the app.

I don't have a website or would like to update my existing

Officiently offers three options for websites.

  1. Custom Built to your specifications with assistance from our graphic designer and copywriter

  2. Custom Built using one of our templates

  3. Replication (as far as possible) to your existing site

What is the benefit of having my website with Officiently

By having your website built and hosted with Officiently we can have any system/feature updates automatically applied to your website. There is also access to a wider range of features and we can make any changes to information on your site for you or you can do using our training resources.

Why is there an Onboarding/Set-up Fee

We customise your Officiently account to your specific needs. Each practice is unique so we take the time to understand your requirements and build your account. We do all the hard work so you can start using Officiently without having to add branding, templates or design automations.

It's the virtual marketing and admin assistant you don't have to recruit and train.

What information can I import for my existing clients

Any existing client information you have can be imported into Officiently. We will provide you with the list of standard contact fields, and as part of the onboarding process you will provide us with any custom fields which need to be created. You will then provide us with a csv or xls of your client data and we will do a one-time import.

I have more than three meeting types, can I create more

Yes, Officiently gives you the ability to create unlimited Calendars/Meeting Types. As part of your onboarding we setup 3 Calendars/Meeting Types so you can get started straight away. You can create additional at any time by using our training guides or your automation build credits

Can I customise the fields in Contacts

Yes, Officiently gives you the power to create fields for all the client information you need, or remove those that are not relevant.

What happens if I need to contact Officiently outside of Office Hours

What applications and software does Officiently integrate with

Officiently leverages the power of Open API. Essentially any application or software which also uses Open API can be integrated with Officiently. if a direct integration is not possible then intermediary such as Zapier and Make.com can be leveraged. As part of your onboarding we will discuss any required integrations. Additional fees may apply for subscriptions to intermediary's at your own expense.

Can I customise User access

Yes, Officiently allows you granular user access permissions

Can I create more than one Community / Courses

Yes, the Lite and Pro Plan allow you to create unlimited communities (paid and/or free), the Pro Plan allows you to create unlimited (paid and/or free) courses. Our comprehensive training guides will walk you through each step. Our graphic designer and copywriter are also available to assist you for an additional fee.
